Study On Sustainable Development Of Ecotourism In Tumen River Area

With the attention paid by the international community to the protection of ecological environment,the research on ecotourism by domestic and foreign scholars has become increasingly profound.Scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the impact of ecotourism,ecotourism evaluation,tourism environmental carrying capacity and ecotourism stakeholders.The research on ecotourism in Tumen River area is mainly aimed at ecotourism and the protection of natural environment,wetland ecotourism,ecotourism development strategy,etc.,but the research on sustainable development of ecotourism is still inadequate.Therefore,this paper takes Tumen River area as the main research object,according to the field and telephone interview data,historical statistical data,using sustainable development theory,tourism environmental carrying capacity theory,ecology theory,tourism destination life cycle theory and other theories,combined with frequency analysis,entropy method,weighted comprehensive evaluation method,coupling coordination degree model,GIS spatial analysis and other methods,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the sustainable development degree of ecotourism in Tumen River area from 2010 to 2019.The main results are as follows:1.At present,the existing problems in the development of eco-tourism in Tumen River mainly include: failing to form a relatively complete eco-tourism industrial chain and building an eco-tourism brand with regional characteristics;The requirement of protective development emphasized by ecotourism itself limits the development of ecotourism in Tumen River area.There are some problems in the study area,such as population hollowing out,a large number of people moving out,lack of people and logistics to support the development of tourism,and the development of eco-tourism is restricted.The development of eco-tourism is obviously restricted by seasons.2.From 2010 to 2019,the sustainable development of eco-tourism in Tumen River area showed a continuous trend,and its comprehensive score of sustainable development of eco-tourism was continuously improved,increasing from 0.5216 in 2010 to 0.7517 in 2019,with a growth rate of 44.11%,a large increase.In addition,the degree of sustainable development of ecotourism in eight major counties and cities in Tumen River area is quite different,and the degree of sustainable development is extremely uneven.3.From 2010 to 2019,the degree of coupling coordination between tourism economy and ecological environment in Tumen River showed a fluctuating upward trend,which rose from 0.213 in 2010 to 0.591 in 2019.The level of coupling coordination changed from moderate coordination to reluctant coordination,and the level of coupling coordination changed from moderate coordination to reluctant coordination.There are also great differences in the degree of coupling and coordination between eco-tourism economy and ecological environment in eight counties and cities in Tumen River area,among which Yanji is the best,followed by Hunchun,Dunhua and Antu,while the other four counties and cities are relatively poor.Based on the existing problems and research conclusions of ecotourism development at present,the following suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: establishing the development concept of ecotourism development and ecological environment protection simultaneously;Relying on regional policies and seizing the opportunities of the times;Coordinate the development of regional economy with the protection of ecological environment;Promote tourism brands and speed up the development and construction of eco-tourism scenic spots;Develop rural eco-tourism and promote rural tourism employment;Relying on Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park to promote community participation.
