With It is urgent to make rapid assessment on the quality of regional ecological environment,get to know the temporal and spatial dynamics relate to changes of ecological environment,as well as execute the effective monitoring,protection and management of ecological environment on the premise of tremendous changes of land utility/cover along with the continuous growth of the economy in China.Since the ecological environment in mountainous area is weak,the assessment on the quality of ecological environment is complicated to some extent.In the paper,the model for assessment on quality of ecological environment is established with the help of PCA based on four index assessment factors which are respectively the greenness,humidity,dryness and heat by taking Central Yunnan Plateau as the research area.Afterwards,the results of assessment on quality of ecological environment for remote sensing ecological indexes(RSEI,RSEI-K and RSEI-E)are verified by CHEQ data accordingly.Moreover,the temporal and spatial dynamics of quality of ecological environment from 2000 to 2020 are also analyzed with the major results being presented in the following content:(1)In terms of RSEI-K index,it is suitable for the rapid assessment on the quality of ecological environment in the Central Yunnan Plateau.The accuracy of the verification for the assessment results reaches as high as 74.46%with that of CHEQ data.(2)The overall situation for the quality of ecological environment in the Central Yunnan Plateau is relatively better,except that,the areas with perfect environmental quality are dispersed to some extent by mainly distributing in the South and North of the Central Yunnan Plateau.Regarding the areas with poor environmental quality,they are mainly distributing in parts of Chuxiong,Dali,Qujing,Kunming and Dongchuan.(3)There is the trend of gradual enhancement for the quality of ecological environmental in Central Yunnan Plateau with the mean value of RSEI-K showing increasing trend from 0.385(2010)to 0.537(2020).Additionally,the area of regions with perfect RSEI-K value is increased by 31331.95 km~2from 2010 to 2020and the change rate is as high as 260.92%;while the change rate of regions with common RSEI-K value is merely-56.37%.(4)Kunming accounts for the largest area of regions whose ecological environment quality turns better(11648.60km~2,accounting for 56.74%)and Dali has kept unchanged in terms of the area of regions.At the same time,Kunming also accounts for the largest area proportion of regions whose ecological environment quality turns worse(3388.15km~2,12.23%). |
