Tin content in the earth’s crust and less output is not high,but the tin is very unique and excellent physical and chemical properties,in terms of economic development and national defense military occupies an extremely important strategic position,having good tin industry competition strategy to China’s national defense construction and national economic development to provide important strategic support,To ensure the supply stability and security of the middle and lower industry chain of China’s Tin metal manufacturing industry.Yunnan tin metal industry has many problems,such as "big but not fine","spindle economy",unreasonable industrial structure and product structure,lack of international discourse power,and also faces the challenge of unstable international environment and tin price fluctuation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance at the level of government,industry and enterprises to give full play to the role of industrial competitive intelligence research in the development of regional key industries,carry out industrial competitive intelligence analysis on Yunnan Sikkim industry,sort out the industrial development situation,and select scientific and reasonable competition strategies for regional industrial innovation and development.Moreover,this paper takes Yunnan Sikkim industry as the research object to conduct empirical research on industrial competitive intelligence,which has certain research significance to enrich the empirical research on competitive intelligence of related industries.In this paper,the development status of tin metal industry at home and abroad is studied in depth.Then using industry chain analysis and PEST analysis analysis of Yunnan tin industry internal and external competitive environment;In addition,Yunnan Tin Co.,Ltd.,a typical representative enterprise of The Tin metal industry in Yunnan province,is selected as the research object,and a comparative analysis is conducted with its main competitors,and the theoretical analysis is applied to the enterprise entities for research.Finally,the SWOT decision analysis model is used to comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the industry,and the conclusion is drawn: It is more suitable for Yunnan Sikkim industry to adopt differentiated competition strategy.It is necessary to make full use of its internal competitive advantages and external opportunities to provide differentiated products and technologies,accelerate the expansion of international competition and development strategy layout in the global competition,seize the Sikkim market,expand its influence and occupy a favorable position.Finally,the paper puts forward the competitive strategies suitable for the development of Yunnan Sikkim industry from three aspects of technological competition route design,relevant competition policy formulation and competition system construction. |
