Research On The Legislative Problems Of Wastewater Resources In China

Water resources are fundamental natural resources and strategic economic resources,with the changes of The Times and the progress of society,water resources,as a renewable resource,produce many problems,not only is the total volume increasingly inadequate,but the water pollution problem also happens frequently,the self-renewal capacity of water resources is already insufficient to supply the growing needs of mankind.Therefore,under the new concept of sustainable development and circular economy,it is imperative to develop and popularize wastewater resources.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is an overview of the basic problems of wastewater reclamation,it mainly includes two parts: the definition of association concept and the theory foundation of wastewater resources.The second part mainly analyzes the current status of China’s wastewater resources legislation,firstly,the present situation of wastewater resources in China is expounded,and then the present situation of the legislation of wastewater resources in China is expounded.The third part is the analysis of the legislation problems in China’s wastewater resources.The fourth part mainly investigates the related legislation and system of wastewater resources in developed countries represented by the United States,Japan and Australia,summarize the advanced experience.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions to the legislation problems of the wastewater resources in China.
