Under the policy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and the people’s high pursuit of natural products,the Forest Chemical Enterprises as an industry that directly extracts active ingredients from forest product resources will surely usher in rapid development.However,because of the wide variety of hazardous chemicals involved in the production process,high risk,complex and changeable working environment,harsh process conditions,low degree of application of automation equipment,dense personnel and other factors,forest chemical industry has become a high-risk industry with complex and high risks and high concentration,and high incidence of safety accidents.At first,through the study of relevant research literature in the field of forest product chemical industry,we identify the safety risk factors prevalent in forest chemical enterprises.a total of 36 risk factors are identified,and then the risk factors of forest product chemical enterprises are identified secondarily through questionnaire survey method,the identified risks are screened and supplemented again,and the forest product chemical and risk factors are identified by classification.Through the two risk identifications,a total of 6 primary risk factors and 33 secondary risk factors were finally determined: material risk,management risk,personnel risk,equipment risk,process risk and environmental risk.Then,by consulting relevant professionals,professionals selected the analysis at level method as the risk evaluation method of this paper according to their work experience and the risk analysis method commonly used in forest products and chemicals,combined with the specific needs of the study in this paper.According to the needs of the analytic hierarchy method and the specific requirements of the safety risk of forest products and chemical industry,the safety risk evaluation index system and evaluation model are constructed.In this paper,the proposed evaluation model is applied to the safety risk assessment of a typical forest chemical company JZ Spice Company.By selecting experts with broad representation,professional authority and detailed understanding of the target case,the identified 6 forest products chemical enterprises primary risk factors and 33 secondary risk factors were scored in the specific situation of JZ Spice Company,and after evaluation through the constructed model,the highest risk level was material risk,followed by personnel risk.The second-level risk factor with the highest weight is the material flammability risk,followed by the risk of personnel safety awareness.Through the evaluation,it was concluded that JZ Spice Company should strengthen the management of material risk and personnel risk when risk management,and pay special attention to strengthening material fire prevention management and personnel safety training,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for JZ Spice Company’s risk management.Through the verification of case enterprises,it is proved that the evaluation model established in this paper has good applicability in the safety risk evaluation of forest products chemical enterprises.
