Manufacturing safety is a topic that is widely concerned by countries all over the world.With the development of social economy and the increasing degree of industrialization,various sizes of industrial parks are emerging all over the country.The increasing area of the park,the number of facilities and equipment,and the increasingly complex industrial production environment have imposed higher requirements on the operational efficiency of the security monitoring system.With the penetration of artificial intelligence technology into the field of production and life,to enhance the degree of intelligence has become an important means of improving efficiency.At the same time,the deployment of intelligent applications has also put forward higher requirements for the computing power of devices.But in the current application of security systems.The system computing power is concentrated on the monitoring center.As the volume of security systems continues to expand,the massive data required for intelligent applications has flow to the central server of the security monitoring system.Network,performance and scalability bottlenecks limit the security system to further enhance the degree of intelligence.With the application of edge computing models in many industries,the bottlenecks in data transmission,computing and storage have been better solved.However,the relatively low computing power and insufficient connectivity at the edge of the existing security system can’t make intelligent decisions about the state of the field.As a result,the existing security systems still have the problems of low efficiency and low intelligence that need to be solved urgently.In order to solve the above problems of security systems,an industrial security gateway platform with heterogeneous computing capability is proposed and designed in the thesis.By providing high performance computing power,multiple interfaces connections,multi-link aggregation,low access latency,and strong scalability at the edge side.These capabilities make the platform possible to support the access,data aggregation and real-time processing of security-related devices at the industrial production site side.And provide edge side analysis,decision making execution functions.By introducing a heterogeneous platform at the edge side,it provides processing and analysis capabilities that far exceed those of current smart terminals(e.g.,smart cameras),allowing some deep learning applications to be deployed in close proximity.Thereby reducing the demand for network bandwidth and performance on the security center platform.The aggregated multiple monitoring data combined with the status of production site equipment,can significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results compared to traditional intelligent data analysis and processing methods.The coexistence of wired Ethernet and 5G wireless access methods provides a more reliable highbandwidth,low-latency data communication link.Connecting to field devices through an expandable connection interface allows local decisions to be automatically delegated for execution,reduces the response latency of the industrial security system.The specific implementation is as follows.1)Overall design of the heterogeneous security gateway platform.The overall application scenario design and analysis of the platform is carried out,the role of the implemented hardware platform in the whole system is clarified.Proposed the overall structural framework of the system and finished module division.2)Heterogeneous security gateway hardware platform design and implementation.The project uses Altium Designer and Polar SI9000 as the hardware development and design tools.The project used the Xilinx UltraScale+MPSoC XCZU4EV heterogeneous processing core.Finished the design and implement of proposed platform.Among them,the analysis of the internal power supply requirements of the system is completed,the power distribution board is planned and designed,and the redundant power supply is designed.The circuit design of the core motherboard,Ethernet interface board,serial interface board,and digital/analog IO interface board is implemented.The expandable bus interface for functional expansion is designed and implemented.And implements some expansion interface usage example,such as LoRa,WLAN expansion module.After completing the design work,the multi-board system assembly and hardware testing of the gateway platform were completed accordingly.3)Platform Software Adaptation.In order to facilitate the application adaptation of the platform,the project carried out the board-level adaptation of the platform,completed the Linux system porting work,and developed the driver for the hardware implementation accordingly.After completing the SDK development,hardware performance testing and application development and testing in heterogeneous application scenarios were conducted to verify that the designed hardware platform performs as expected and the heterogeneous computing applications can be deployed normally.It solves the problem of lack of resources at the edge of the industrial security scenario and improves the intelligence and scalability of the security system.
