| As an important part of the transportation system,business aviation has been constantly broken through the difficulties and striven to meet the social demand for fast and convenient transportation.From the perspective of the development needs of business aviation,it is urgent to establish a complete set of business aviation operation safety risk assessment model to achieve safety management and risk control,so as to reduce the level of business aviation operation safety risk and improve the operation safety performance.According to the basic requirements of risk management,the vulnerability factors of business aviation operation safety risk is analyzed,the safety risk index system is established,and the safety risk assessment model of business aviation operation is constructed;then through the complex network analysis,the influencing factors,safety risk index factors and accident consequences are coupled to determine the relationship between the various elements and the key risk path,which layer upon layer provides the basis for the effective control of safety risk and the implementation of safety management measures.Firstly,the influencing factors of business aviation operation safety risk are determined,and the comprehensive proximity correlation degree model is used to determine the correlation degree between each influencing factor and accident or incident,as well as the close degree between each other,so as to determine the key influencing factors of business aviation operation safety risk.Through the selection and analysis of affecting factors,the DEMATEL-ISM-ANP model which is called D-I-A model is constructed to carry out hierarchical analysis of business aviation operation system,which determines the attribute and weight of each factor.Secondly,from the perspective of Human-Machine-Environment-Management system analysis,combined with the layer by layer analysis of influencing factors and its sub risk factors,the index of each level is determined,and the safety risk index system of business aviation operation is constructed.Then,the Spearman rank correlation coefficient weighting method is used for the combination of weighting,and the cloud model is combined to evaluate the safety risk level of business aviation operation by using the digital characteristics and relevant membership degree of the cloud model,so as to construct the safety risk assessment model of business aviation operation.Finally,using the social network visualization analysis software,namely Gephi,to analyze the influence factors,operation safety risk index factors and accident consequences respectively,and the complex network diagrams are drawn.According to the complex network visualization software fitting the elements of complex network of index value,the critical path and direction of safety risk control and implementation of safety management measures are clearly obtained.Laying the foundation for the extraction of the key influencing factors and the establishment of safety risk indicators from two aspects of correlation analysis and vulnerability analysis,the safety risk assessment model based on cloud model is constructed.According to the results of the assessment and combined with complex network analysis,the weak links are monitored to provide reference for the safe operation of business aviation for effective risk management control to provide reference and direction. |
