| CAAC has been actively responding to the concept of green development, and has adopted a series of new air traffic control technologies to achieve fuel saving and emission reduction. The conditional route is one of the important measures. In order to evaluate the contribution of fuel saving and emission reduction, this paper proposes a method to measure the contribution of fuel saving and emission reduction of conditional routes based on the actual trajectories of aircraft.Firstly, according to the spatial structure characteristics of conditional routes,a method of flight trajectories identification based on area per distance is proposed.Aiming at the problem that the original planned routes has no actual operation trajectories, the modeling and simulation are carried out through airspace environment modeling, arrival and departure procedure identification and runway identification.Secondly, through the process of trajectories extraction, trajectories de-noising,data enhancement, feature extraction and data marking, the trajectory database is constructed.Based on the Bi-LSTM network mechanism and operation characteristics, combined with the structural characteristics of conditional routes, the neural network model is constructed with the longitude, latitude and heading as the main parameters in the actual trajectories of aircraft, and the intelligent recognition of the flight trajectories by using conditional routes is realized. Then, the main influencing factors of air traffic fuel consumption are analyzed, and on this basis, the algorithm of air traffic fuel consumption and CO2 emission based on trajectories and aircraft performance is proposed. It mainly includes the application of rolling horizon control algorithm to identify and divide the flight phases, the true airspeed calculation model is built based on the standard operating procedure and the fuel consumption in different stages is calculated by weight correction. The fuel consumption and CO2 emission are calculated by analyzing the relationship between performance characteristics and fuel flow rate under different flight phases. Finally, based on the method theory proposed in the above chapters, the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions corresponding to the flight trajectories of the conditional routes and the original planned routes are calculated.By constructing and applying the contribution measurement model of fuel saving and emission reduction, the quantitative evaluation of the use effect of the conditional routes are realized. In order to objectively evaluate the environmental benefits of conditional routes, this paper puts forward a method to measure the contribution of fuel saving and emission reduction of conditional routes based on actual operation trajectories and scientific theoretical algorithm, which can provide theoretical basis and method support for promoting the green development of civil aviation transportation industry. |
