| Compared with conventional conductive polymers materials,nanostructured conductive polymers have large surface areas,preferable mechanical properties,excellent capabilities for charge and ion transport,and outstanding capabilities for energy storage.However,the traditional methods for preparing two-dimensional(2D)nanostructured conductive polymers films and three-dimensional(3D)nanostructured conductive polymers materials have some defects.For example,electrochemical polymerization methods cannot prepare 2D conductive polymer films on the surface of insulated substrates.Using the traditional template method to prepare conductive polymers hydrogels was mixed insulating materials,which will low their electrical properties.Many researchers have used nanoparticle self-assembly and controllable assembly to prepare functional materials with nanostructures.However,most of the applications of nanoparticles in the preparation of conductive polymers are doped into conductive polymers to improve performance,and there are relatively few reports about the self-assembly and controllable assembly of nanoparticles to prepare conductive polymers materials.In this paper,we have prepared nanostructured conductive polymers films by utilizing interfacial assembly of V2O5·nH2O nanowires.The nanostructured conductive polymers films with nanostructure can be prepared on the surface of a variety of hydrophobic and insulating substrates,and the bonding force between the films and the surface of the substrates is powerful.We can produce specific patterns on those substrates with this method.And a flexible gas sensor array able to distinguish different gases was fabricated using the method.In addition,we have prepared V2O5·nH2O Pickering emulsions by utilizing interfacial assembly of V2O5·nH2O nanowires and used it as direct writing inks for 3D printing.Then we obtain polyaniline foams with nanostructures after polymerization.This sort of polyaniline foams had multi-scale pore structures and excellent electrochemical performances,therefore,these foams can as excellent materials for preparing supercapacitors.In summary,we fabricated two types of conductive polymers materials with nanostructures and excellent performances by the controllable interfacial assembly of V2O5—nH2O nanowires,which provides a novel thought for the preparation of conductive polymer materials. |
