| Beet sugar is characterization of the key indicators of the quality and monitoring of the sugar beet,at present,a lot of sugar beet sugar detection using bulky benchtop instruments,high cost,can’t satisfy the small and medium-sized sugar beet sugar industry and the actual demand for sugar beet planting farmers,to develop low cost,small volume,easy to operate,can quickly detect beet sugar of portable instruments.Based on the understanding of the present situation and development of beet sugar testing industry USES the detection on the basis of basic principle,in view of the current visual beet sugar meter reading error is big,mechanical regression extinction position light path structure is not stable,the measured data is not easy to save,the detection principle of complex problems such as difficult to realize,put forward the polarization spectral detection scheme based on optical effect principle,The mathematical model for measuring the rotatory sugar content was improved,and the temperature and error compensation algorithms were established.The whole optical path structure was stable,the utilization rate of the light source was high,and it was not affected by the light source fluctuation.The main control circuit,photoelectric detection circuit,temperature measurement circuit,wireless data transmission circuit and LCD interface circuit are designed with ARM as the core.The main program,data acquisition,data transmission and user interface program of sugar content instrument are written.In the experiment,the possible cause of error was analyzed,and the beet sugar content detection experiment was carried out after correcting the better test results,and the measured sugar content value of beet was compared with the test results of the beet sugar content detector of the beet inspection department.The experimental results show that the rapid measuring instrument for sugar beet developed in this paper is feasible.The measuring range of sugar beet is 0~100°Z,the resolution is 0.02°Z,and the relative error is less than 3%.The accuracy meets the detection requirements,and the function of wireless data transmission can be realized.It has a certain application prospect to solve the actual demand. |
