| The subject is in order to develop the edible packaging film with the modified beet fibre as one of the base materials,to fully use the sugar beet residue,to promotion Xinjiang economy development and settlement "white pollution"and to improve the physical level of the health of the people will have the real meaning. This experiment took sugar beet edible fibre as raw material to prepare Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) of high viscosity by the method of the alcohol medium and two times added the alkali,the effect of NaOH and monochloroacetic acid consumption,alcohol concentration,temperature and time of reaction and liquid-to-solid ratio on edible fiber of sugar beet carboxy-methylation has been studied.The result indicates that when n(NaOH)/n(AGU)≤2.5 and n(ClCH2COOH)/n(AGU) ≤1.5,the viscosity of product increases when the dose ratio increased.The result also shows that when ethyl alcohol concentration is 75%,alkalization and etherification temperature is 35℃,etherification time is 3h and liquid-to-solid ratio is 8∶1,carboxymethyl cellulose has the better viscosity at 894.33mPa·s.Therefore the optimum condition preparing the Carboxymethyl cellulose of high viscosity is : A3B2C3D1E2F1. From the results of the composite filming orthogonal tests,the optimum condition of the forming composite films is: A2B1C3D1, namely CMC/WG=7:3,the alcohol concentration is 40%,the glycerine concentration is 2% and the dry temperature is 60℃.Can make out from results and analyses of orthogonal tests,the blend proportion of CMC and WG is the biggest influence to the film capability,the next influence is the dry temperature,the influences of the glycerine consumption and the ethyl alcohol consistency are fairly small.Moreover,from the results of the parallel tests of the composite films can be made out that the optimum filming technology condition is very good,all indexes of the composite film that forms under the optimum technology condition are higher,and therefore,the filming technology condition will have the guidance effect to the research on the edible composite packing films for the future. CMC and WG regard into the film material,and all are the foodstuff addition agent,its consumption in the foodstuff is not restriction,therefore,they are safe as the edible packing material.As the glycerine of plasticizer,it also is permitted to use into the foodstuff in our country and nonpoisonous to human body.Na2CO3 and HCl,as the chemical reagent to adjust pH,they also are the foodstuff addition agent to permit to be used. The experiment has not an intense chemical reaction in the whole filming course,only need to disinfect before uses.Therefore,it is reasonable by thinking that the composite edible packing film is esculent and safe. It is good that the mechanics capability and the obstruct capability of the composite packing film of CMC-WG, it is the available short-term packing in general foodstuff,fruit and vegetables. The mentioned above conclusions,are not seen the report at home,but they have important reference value to the research of the technology and quality of composite edible packing film of the modified beet cellulose and protein in the future. |
