Study On Optimization Of Enterprise Management Mechanism In Wetland Reserve From The Perspective Of Ecological Security

Maintaining wetland ecological security is an important part of implementing the concept of green development and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.It is an effective measure to solve the problem of wetland protection conflict and maintain wetland health.As a special role of wetland economy development and wetland ecological security protection,wetland reserve enterprises understand the current situation of wetland reserve enterprises management mechanism,explore the daily operation of enterprises in violation of wetland ecological security management behavior,and put forward the corresponding optimization,which is conducive to wetland reserve enterprises to implement the concept of green development,to ensure the overall development of wetland economy and wetland ecology,so as to promote the process of wetland ecological civilization,land for the benefit of wetland people.Based on the background of the construction of ecological civilization of "19th CPC National Congress ",this paper takes Poyang Lake Wetland Reserve as the research area,and uses the combination of theory and demonstration to explore the development status of enterprises in Poyang Lake Wetland Reserve and the management mechanism of enterprise decision-making,power,development,operation and restraint.Based on the perspective of ecological security,this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes,such as deviation of development concept,insufficient power of green development,insufficient innovation and low restraint effect,discusses the decision-making mechanism of behavior affecting wetland reserve enterprises to assume social responsibility and maintain wetland ecology.Some suggestions are put forward to optimize the strategy of strengthening the propaganda and education of ecological security,perfecting the dynamic mechanism of enterprises in wetland reserve,establishing the system of technological innovation and perfecting the restraint mechanism of enterprises.At the same time,through the analysis of the present situation of enterprise development in wetland reserve,we can further understand the current development situation of wetland economy in China,make clear the problems existing in the process of wetland development economy,so that the government and relevant departments can better coordinate the interests of wetland stakeholders,further bring wetland stakeholders together to jointly build wetlands and maintain wetland ecological security.
