| With the rapid development of technology and the improvement on per capita economic level,people’s demand for textile products diversification is gradually increasing.Heating textile products can actively provide heat source of the human body,achieve light and warm effect,which is the future winter textile products research and development direction.The purpose of this paper is to prepare electric heating elements with excellent electrothermal performance under safe voltage.12 CNTs/polyester heating fabrics with 4 kinds of CNTs coating contents were prepared by connecting 9 CNTs coated areas on the surface of polyester fabric in parallel circuit.The basic properties,electrothermal properties and adhesion properties were tested and analyzed.In order to improve the adhesion properties of CNTs/polyester heating fabric,12 CNTs/polyacrylate/polyester heating fabrics with 4 polyacrylates coating contents was prepared on the basis of synthetic polyacrylate emulsion,and their basic properties and electrothermal properties,adhesion and wearability were tested and analyzed.The findings are as follows:(1)The CNTs had high order and uniform dispersion,and the CNTs/polyester heating fabrics prepared as heating materials showed excellent electrothermal properties.Temperature controllable,the heating temperature could be regulated by adjusting the voltage within 0-3.0 V.The electrothermal response was fast and the electrothermal conversion efficiency was high,at 2.5 V voltage,the heating fabric uniformly coated with CNTs could reach a steady temperature of about 40℃,and the response time was within 7 s.The electrothermal stability was high,in the 10 power-off cycle tests,the relative resistance of each coating content CNTs/polyester heating fabric tended to 1,and the highest temperature also remained relatively stable.However,the adhesion between CNTs and PET was poor,and there was no heating effect after 7 washing.(2)Fabrication of CNTs/polyacrylate/polyester heating fabrics with polyacrylate emulsion as crosslinking agent,The results showed that the electrothermal response and electrothermal stability of the heating fabric had maintained the original excellent properties after adding polyacrylate emulsion.The adhesion property was improved,and the adhesion grade in the heating fabric reached 4B.After 10 times of washing,it still showed excellent electric heating properties and better water-resistant properties.(3)The wearability of heating fabrics developed in this paper was tested and analyzed.The mechanical properties of heating fabrics were improved,the permeability decreased slightly,the tensile,shear and bending properties also changed to some extent.Compared with CNTs/polyester heating fabric,the variation in each performance index of CNTs/polyacrylate/polyester heating fabric was small.The results showed that polyacrylate emulsion had no significant effect on its wearability on the basis of improving adhesion effectively. |
