Abstract/Summary:
Present work is based on the previous achievements of our group and according to the drag development principles.By using MDL-72222,a typical 5-HT3 receptor antagonist with nematicidal activity as the leading compound,23 unreported 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-thiadiazoles and 30 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-carboxamide derivatives were designed and synthesized.The target compounds are derived from the leading compound by modifying its configuration of bridged ring and changing the number of bridge-carbon atoms.A bioactive group of thiadiazole or carboxamide is also introduced into the leading structure.All of the aimed compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HR-MS.The nematicidal activity against pine wood nematode and root-knot nematode was determined.It was found that some of the target compounds showed good activity against pine wood nematode and root-knot nematode.
