The tobacco leaf feeding effect evaluation depends on the experience and process flow control,evaluation of these methods can not completely objective uniformity,is difficult to reflect the real situation.The drum inside liquid nozzle is how to complete the process of spraying liquid is known less.This processing method has seriously hindered the tobacco leaf feeding uniformity,accuracy,further to improve the quality of tobacco,improve the quality of the follow-up process to restrict tobacco products,become a technical bottleneck to improve the quality of cigarette production.Therefore,it is necessary to spray the working condition for the rational inquiry.This paper analyzes the atomization process:first atomization and two atomization atomization mechanism.Based on the spray nozzle is divided into three areas:spray zone,atomization zone,diffusion zone.Based on the nozzle on the division,combined with the feeding uniformity,feed utilization rate and put forward the evaluation index and the fog.The evaluation index of the related definitions,and analyzes the impact of the evaluation indexes of tobacco absorption.The experimental platform was summarized.Through the experiment,simulation,parameters of spray cone theory tobacco feeding nozzle angle,particle size range,with gas pressure,feed flow rate,feed change temperature.Experiment,simulation,theoretical data obtained are consistent,can be mutually confirmed.Get the spray cone angle,range from the perspective of theory,mathematical expressions of particle size and fluid parameters.The particle size distribution obtained by the simulation,found that different particle size When the volume fraction of the approximate normal distribution.The gas pressure,feed temperature,feed flow rate has little effect on the particle size distribution form,obtained by fitting.The fitting mathematical expression of tobacco feeding atomization effectiveness were studied on the gas pressure,feed flow rate,adjust and optimize the process parameters of liquid in order to achieve the effect of temperature,applied the liquid feeding spray nozzle better.From the sensory quality of tobacco leaves,the feeding uniformity,liquid considering the utilization rate of three,obtained the optimal parameters for the axial distance from the nozzle is 20mm;0.4MPa gas pressure,liquid flow rate is 30kg/h,the liquid temperature is 45 degrees centigrade.
