Tobacco feed is an important process in the production of cigarettes,in the production,process need to control the temperature and moisture of tobacco leaves,therefore,the research are improve quality of tobacco leaves and the control system,which has been a concern in the tobacco industry.The research on the tobacco feeder control system is a great importance to improve the quality of tobacco and reduce the labor intensity of the operator.This paper gives an overview of the working principle at first,on the feeding machine hardware structure and control system for the development of a brief description.Then the influence of the tobacco feeder on the product quality and its development both at home and abroad Briefly,the sensors and actuators of the tobacco feeder control system are introduced and selected in detail.According to the technical requirements of the tobacco feeder and the workflow of each hardware structure,the PID of the tobacco feeder temperature control system is calculated by using the system modeling and calculation method,and according to the tobacco leaf moisture control process and characteristics,the use of cascade control method to design tobacco feeder moisture control system,then based on the results of experimental tests to optimize the control system,and observe the optimized control system into production use,the use of standard deviation of the way to verify the effectiveness of the production,it is proved that the optimized tobacco feeder increases the quality of the tobacco leaf,improves the production efficiency of the tobacco feeder,reduces the labor intensity of the operator and meets the production needs.Finally,the research contents of this pape are summarized,and the direction of further research is pointed out.
