The Study Of Skin Deformation On The Body In NBC Protective Clothing Operation

In recent years,the damage of weapons to military personnel is increasing.NBC protective clothing can effectively protect soldiers from the threat of biological weapons.However,there is little research on the comfort of NBC protective clothing.With the attention of various countries to the research and development of NBC protective clothing,it is necessary to study the sports comfort of NBC protective clothing.This article shows the study of golf functional clothing based on clothing ergonomics.1)First,through the literature review of the current situation of NBC protective clothing,combined with the operation environment of protective clothing,we analyze the structural characteristics of NBC protective clothing in China,and explore the structural and functional deficiencies of NBC protective clothing.2)Secondly,according to the methods and methods of human skin measurement,five dynamic human motion positions are determined in combination with the range of movement of human joint during the operation.3)Third,3D human body scanning experiments were conducted to study six gestures: standing and resting,maximum arm flexion,body side maximum,leg maximum buckling,parallel bar stretching and squat.The changes of the skin’s deformation under the dynamic posture and standing posture were compared,and the body surface changes under the five movements were obtained.The study found that the change of human body surface is asymmetric all around after the movement: 1)the range of the line segment of the main parts of the human body is between-30%-40%.The flexion of the knee and elbow joint drives the AH04 line and the H08 line expansion,and the AV03 line and the V05 line are expanded.2)The thigh hip upward movement of expansion,contraction expansion after the predecessor.3)Lengthwise line stretch when the arm moves upwards.The traction of the arm to the body side of the body,which makes the root of the arm center,and the trend of the expansion of the circumference line is weakened.4)In most movements,the back of the back shows a trend of expansion.On the basis of the results,some suggestions on the structure division of NBC protective clothing are put forward to provide theoretical guidance for the research and development of high performance NBC protective clothing in the later period...
