| In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the air pollution as a environmental pollution problem to be solved,has received the widespread attention from the whole society,especially PM2.5,has become the important indicator of human health.Now fiber filter material is widely used in air filtration material,and stacking density and the fiber diameter are considered as two important indexes for affecting the accuracy of fiber filter,so nanofiber filter material with its own advantages in the field of air filtratio n has been widely recognized,the nanofiber which is prepared by electrostatic spinning technology as one of the new processing technology,has a lot of advantages,such as large specific surface area,high porosity,good internal connectivity,compared with conventional fiber,and has been such have been widely used in filtration,drug delivery,protective clothing,and other fields.In this paper,based on the electrospinning technology,regulating the fiber microtopography,nanofiberous membrane which is high efficiency low resistance,is used to filter DOP aerosol for reaching the purpose of cleaning the air.The main research contents are as follows:1.NaA zeolite particles was synthesized by Hydrothermal method.NaA zeolite doped PAN/PES composite nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning.The NaA zeolite particles and NaA zeolite doped PAN/PES composite nanofiber membrane were characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)、X ray diffraction(XRD)、Fu Liye transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),at the same time,the effects of the doping amount of NaA zeolite,the density of the film surface,the particle size,time and the aerosol flow rate on the air filtration performance were also investigated.Air filtration test results in zeolite NaA doped with 1.5wt%,the surface density of fiber membrane is 0.72g/m2,the filtration efficiency of filtering particle diameter of 0.33μm DOP aerosol particles up to 96.525%,the air filter pressure drop is only65.337 Pa,the quality factor is 0.096Pa-1.2.polyamide-6(PA6)nanofiber membrane with convex structure was prepared by electrospinning,which was dissolved in two different volatile solvent systems(formic acid/DMF,formic acid/DCM,formic acid/DMAC).The influence of the kind of mixed solvent,the addition of PA6,mixed solvent ratio and different surface density was explored on the air filtration properties of nanofiber membrane.The results show that formic acid/DMAC is the best mixed solvent.When the ratio of formic acid to DMAC is 5/1 and the volume is 20m L,the best air filtration performance is obtained when the optimum amount of PA6 is 3 g,under the condition of the best addition of PA6,when the solvent ratio is 17.3/2.7,the air filtration efficiency is up to 97.64%in line with the national standard of《GB/T14295-2008》in the sub-efficient filter filtration efficiency is greater than or equal to 95%and less than 99.9%of the provisions,the air filtration pressure drop is only 81.51 Pa,the quality factor is 0.037 Pa-1. |
