Design And Implementation Of Coal Mine Management Cockpit System Based On Data Warehouse

In recent years,the development of coal mine enterprises is facing unprecedented pressure in China,so coal demand fell sharply,and corporate performance continued to decline.Under the environment of the national economic structure adjustment,industrial upgrading and cut excessive industrial capacity transformation,coal mine enterprises have to improve their competitiveness through meticulous management and information construction.After ten years of golden development period of coal industry,the company has made some achievements in the information construction,the coal mining,underground personnel,equipment,environmental monitoring and office automation have achieved informatization.However,in the era of DT gradually replacing IT,data has become a valuable resource for enterprises.To solve the problem of "information isolated island",enterprises need to integrate the original mass data resources effectively and dig out the potential value,so as to provide support for enterprise management decisions.As an advanced management platform as the core of performance management,management cockpit analyzes the key business indicators,and the analysis results are displayed in the form of intuitional,visualization and concrete,managers can grasp the various operation condition of each index of the enterprise and make scientific decisions in time.Therefore,the establishment of the management cockpit system based on data warehouse has become a direction in constructing informational coal mine enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzed the current situation of China’s coal industry,and introduced the concept of management cockpit system and its application in domestic and abroad.The related theories of data warehouse were described in detail.The significance of this study and the necessity of constructing the cockpit management system based on data warehouse were stated.Then,based on the analysis of the actual needs of enterprises,the system architecture of coal mine management cockpit system,including security,production,finance,sales,cost,and other topics,was constructed.This paper focused on the detailed design of the data warehouse by the concept model,logic model and physical model,and discussed the ETL process of the source data to the data warehouse.Finally,combined with the characteristics including analysis and early warning of management cockpit system,Java programming and WPF chart control were adopted to implement the system,the data comprehensive analysis were finished by drill,slice,year-on-year,chain,structure,trend and early warning method,while the data were displayed using rich graph mainly including dashboard,thermometer,Gantt charts,line charts,area charts,bar charts,pie charts,ring diagrams.
