In today’s digital age,data analysis is becoming more and more widely used in Internet companies.Data is the production factor and strategic resource of an enterprise.Therefore,enterprises need to improve the level of informatization from the perspective of data analysis.The warehousing management system is also an important part of the enterprise information industry.Further improvement of the warehousing management system can better promote the development of enterprise information.Baowu Group is a giant in China’s steel industry.The level of enterprise information development is high and there is a large amount of data accumulation.This paper proposes the research and development of warehouse management system of Baowu Group’s product based on data analysis.Based on the data analysis process architecture,and combined with the business and data of warehouse management System,the purpose of this paper is to improve the warehouse management system,enhance the level of system data application and information,and promote the steel industry to achieve better development.This paper first studies the business process,system development technology and data analysis technology of Baowu Group warehousing management system.Based on the data analysis process architecture,it analyzes data aggregation,data integration and storage processes and the support technologies like big data,and analyzes data analysis technology and warehousing management system application’s coupling point.Clear system function requirements,establish system design principles and objectives,and complete system overall architecture design from system architecture and technical architecture.The architecture meets system function requirements,complete and reasonable,and ensure system development is reasonable and effective.Secondly,based on the ranging error correction and weighted centroid localization algorithm,the positioning calculation model is established.The credit scoring model is established according to the Topsis algorithm.The logical structure and physical structure of the functional application database,the distributed storage environment based on the big data framework Hadoop and the Hive data warehouse.Structured and unstructured data collection and integration schemes are designed in detail to complete the interaction between system and IoT interaction,risk management and control,system and ERP andother external systems,as well as system visualization and decision analysis.Finally,the task of system’s development and test’s summary is completed according to the system design.The results show that Baowu Group’s warehouse management system based on data analysis is safe,reliable and stable,greatly improving business operation efficiency,increasing market transparency,making decision analysis and market operation more reasonable,and promoting Baowu Group and China’s steel industry.The development of the ecological chain to the direction of intelligence has great guiding significance.Figures 40,Tables 26,References 65.
