| After China signed "Tobacco Control Framework Convention" with WHO took effect,Competition between the cigarette industries gradually rose to competition between international.These mean that the Chinese tobacco industry is facing a new round of competition and pressure,the tobacco industry bigger and stronger brand has become the development direction of China’s tobacco,brands offsite homogenized production has become inevitable trend.For such a high value-added industry,tobacco quality is an important approach and basic guarantee to improve the whole competition strength of tobacco,especially loose ends quality defects,it is an important quality indicator in the process of tobacco production.Using advanced quality management methods can reduce waste in the process of cigarette manufacturing and effectively reduce the loose ends,it can not only meet the interests of consumers,but also can effectively increase the enterprise’s economic benefit,improving the production efficiency of cigarette industry while ensuring the quality of cigarette products.However,Chinese tobacco industries some old quality control methods cannot meet the needs of production,product-line process control and quality improvement is particularly critical.Therefore,to carry out "the influence factors analysis and control research of loose ends defects" under rapid developing in cigarette industry,it has prominent economic value and strong practical significance for D cigarette factory to improve the products quality and enterprise competitiveness.The research object of this thesis is the PASSIM cigarette machines of D cigarette factory,based on analyzed the craft principle of cigarette,the principle and characteristics of the machine equipment.Collected relevant production data in the locale,trimmed and analyzed the data by statistical distribution and Taguchi testing methods,applied the principles and methods of quality management,found out the causes of loose ends defects in each production link.,Draw fishbone diagram of the factors that leading to loose ends defect by researched on man-machine-environment-material four areas.Finally determine the primary and secondary factors that impact of loose ends.Finally,according to analysis and research,this thesis respectively proposed the improvement measures of the wind system feeding system,transmission system,weight control system and thread suction molding.Meanwhile,established appropriate process control measures from the operator,production environment,raw material and packing machine.And improvement measures implementation in PASSIM cigarette units,Through comparative analysis before and after the improvement of the loose ends rate shows that the improved loose ends had significantly lower.This study is a useful exploration of quality management for D cigarette factory,it has good practical effects and economic benefits.Meanwhile,it has good reference value for quality management of the tobacco industry or other industries. |
