The subject is a study which is an engineering design about a project of 200,000 tons per year unbleached commodity pulp plant,learning the excellent examples of traditional process program at home and abroad,adding new design concept.The major equipments were imported and the process was integrated into the international advanced production technology.The raw materials of the project are larch,birch and the residue of wood processing plant which are suit for the pulp and paper.The main sections are wood chips preparation,cooking,brown stock washing,oxygen delignification and washing,screening,equipped with reboiler system,hot water tank,white liquor oxidation and DNCG(dilute non-condensable gas)scrubber system etc.While the cooking with Lo-solids digester and high Kappa number,then brown stock were coped with oxygen delignification,improving the yield and protecting the carbohydrates.Oxygen delignification treatment was used for the removal of residual lignin,which also reduce chemical usage of cooking,improve the strength of the pulp and reduce the costs.The process and quality of engineering design are the most important part of the whole project,it has a significant influence on the environmental protection,high quality,costs and management on the entire project.It is of benefit to the improvement of efficiency of team work and reduction the number of problems during the construction,also the time to deal with them through efficient management and control of the process and quality.
