| Xiwang Deposit is one of the typical nickel deposits in the granite area of South China.The essay relies on the Projects of 《Evaluation and Exploration of Nickel Ore Resources in Xiazhuang and Adjacent Areas in Guangdong Province 》 and《Exploration of Xiwang Nickel Mine Replacement Resources in Wengyuan County,Guangdong Province 》.The former comes from central financial geological prospecting fee of China Nuclear Geology,the latter comes from central financial old mine prospecting project of China Geological Survey.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing data,by conducting systematic field geological surveys,geophysical and geochemical profiling surveys,drilling catalogs,sample collection and identification,and analysis etc,to systematically study nickel mineralization characteristics of Northeast Section of Xiwang Deposit and to explore its prospecting prospects.Xiwang uranium deposit is located in the northern part of the Xiazhuang ore field,which is belong to the eastern part of the Dadong mountain-Guidong granite belt in the middle of the second sub-zone of Southern Ridge latitude tectonic belt,excellent mineralization conditions but the work is relatively low.In recent years,the unit in the area of integrated geophysical and geochemical measurements and drilling revealed,made some prospecting achievements,especially by drilling revealed,in the hope of uranium deposit No.86 deep secondary fault zone,saw a better display of uranium mineralization.This paper summarizes the Xiazhuang orefield uranium diposit No.86 with the hope foundation and related geological characteristics of deposit characteristics,combined with the North East and geological characteristics in recent years in the area of uranium exploration achievements,through the construction of distribution,in the area of rock mass characteristics,alteration characteristics and comprehensive geophysical and geochemical characteristics,preliminary analysis of the area to find ore potential.The analysis and research work is carried out with respect to the characteristics of structural distribution,rock mass,alteration and physico-chemical prospect in the study area.Systematically study of ore body characteristics,ore quality,ore type,and alteration characteristics etc.It is concluded that the ore prospecting indicators in the study area can be divided into structural indicators,hydrothermal activity indicators,and nickel-rich rocks indicators,lithologic interface indicators,hydrothermal alteration signs,etc.Meanwhile,take researches about the main elements,trace elements,sulfur isotopes and other characteristics of pyrite that are closely related to nickel ore.Studies show that the average w(Fe)/ w(S)of all samples is higher than the theoretical value(0.87),indicating that the nickel mineralization process in this area is a relatively closed geochemical environment that is weakly rich in iron and particularly deficient in sulfur;The average value of the trace element Co / Ni ratio is6.7,indicating that the ore-forming temperature is high and belongs to the high-temperature hydrothermal genesis deposit.The study of sulfur isotope,s ore-forming hydrothermal fluid in the periphery of deposit indicates that the sulfur isotope composition of pyrite is expected to be similar to the granite,the values are similar,but far from the values of diabase,indicating that the sulfur in the ore deposit mainly comes from the surrounding rock granite.Based on the study of the geological characteristics,uranium metallogenic characteristics,the major and trace characteristics of pyrite and the geophysical and geophysical anomalies etc in the study area,it is shows that the northeast section of the periphery of Xi Wang deposit has great potential and it is pointed out that the intersection of belt 86 and the diabase of Zhushanxia,as well as the intersection of belt 92 and A11,both of which indicate a good prospecting prospect. |
