Since the 1980 s,the development speed of Internet economy has exceeded people’s imagination.Under the background of the combination of traditional enterprises and Internet online platforms,many e-commerce platform enterprises have been born.Among them,the used car e-commerce platform rises rapidly,combines the offline trading of used cars with the e-commerce system,optimizes and integrates resources and information,and continues to grow.At the same time,with the continuous development of the socialist market economy,the consumption structure of residents is also changing.The proportion of automobile consumption in the household expenditure is rising,and the automobile has become an important means of travel in People’s Daily life,which is another important reason for the rapid development of the used car e-commerce platform.Uxin used car e-commerce platform is a used car platform enterprise integrating online information resource platform and offline sales and transportation.It has been established for 12 years.Through resource integration and optimization and technological innovation,Uxin platform has successfully listed on NASDAQ and become a leader in the used car e-commerce industry.In this context,the following questions arise: How to evaluate the value of the used car e-commerce platform?Is the traditional evaluation method suitable for the value evaluation of the used car ecommerce platform? Can we design a valuation model suitable for the used car e-commerce platform? In view of these problems,professionals continue to put forward their own views,which gradually become an important research topic in the field of valuation.Through the analysis of the used car e-commerce platform industry,the characteristics of the used car e-commerce platform are discussed,and a set of scientific and reasonable valuation system is constructed to further improve the value research in this field.First of all,this paper analyzes the traditional e-commerce platform valuation methods and finds that there are certain limitations in the evaluation of second-hand e-commerce platforms.Then,this paper introduces the user value theory,Metcalfe’s law and network externality theory.Combined with the platform value research,it finds out the value drivers of the used car ecommerce platform,and puts forward the DEVA model as the basic method of valuation.Then,through the analysis of the profit model of the used car e-commerce platform,this paper further found other value factors,and improved the DEVA model,including the remeasurement of user value and the introduction of new model parameters.Finally,through the evaluation of the Uxin platform,this paper draws the evaluation conclusion,and carries on the verification analysis to the improved model.This paper believes that it is appropriate to use the improved DEVA model to evaluate the used car e-commerce platform. |
