| The development of China’s geological disaster safety early warning system is mainly based on regional early warning and overall coordinated early warning.However,there are still issues related to the low level of technology and information integration in disaster prevention and reduction.In addition,the application of advanced technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)inspection and artificial intelligence is limited.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the following research:(1)Determine the design direction of the regional safety early warning system based on advanced methods such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things.Using literature analysis and subjective experience methods,the integration of GIS,the Internet of Things,and UAV technology is chosen as the direction,with the aim of achieving multiplemode information integration early warning through group prevention and detection,realtime monitoring,meteorological warning,UAV inspection,UAV imaging 3D modeling,and hidden danger AI identification.(2)Design a meteorological risk early warning model based on linear regression.Using the comprehensive index method,the regional potentiality is determined based on the research area background.Then,a meteorological risk early warning model is designed using linear regression,with an initial verification accuracy of 79%.This proves that the model has good early warning capability.(3)Complete the scientific design of the overall architecture based on investigation analysis and practical needs.Combining the disaster background and practical needs of the research area,a comprehensive early warning functional structure and architecture for group prevention and detection,real-time monitoring,meteorological warning,and UAV inspection is logically constructed.The integration of database framework,acquisition and integration,and structure is also designed.From the perspective of safety management,this paper investigates and standardizes the business processes of geological disaster safety warning.(4)Implement the system platform based on the logic of functional realization and conduct application analysis.Using the B/S architecture,the Web-side content of business functions,UAV inspection,and hidden danger AI identification is realized.The main functions of the system are verified by instantiation,indicating that the comprehensive early warning of geological disasters in the region has improved the level of technology and information integration and the information coordination and linkage ability between multiple departments.(5)This paper aims to improve the management system of warning in the field of safety management.By utilizing brainstorming and fishbone analysis,problems were identified and suggestions were proposed from the perspectives of law,personnel,management,mechanism,and environment,in order to optimize the management system of safety warning.This thesis is based on the perspective of safety emergency management,establishing a comprehensive regional geological disaster safety early warning information platform,and constructing and improving the pre-disaster three-dimensional integrated safety early warning management mode with data analysis and field complementary.Through systematic application,the efficiency of geological disaster safety early warning has been improved,which has technical and theoretical reference value in the regional slope geological disaster safety early warning work in the middle and southern areas along the Yangtze River and its tributaries. |
