As an important welding technology in the field of automobile manufacturing,laser tailor-welded technology plays an important role in automobile production.The use of automatic feeding robot can not only reduce the number of operators,but also improve the production efficiency of the factory.Therefore,it is of practical significance to research on the automatic feeding system of laser welding for the development of automobile manufacturing industry.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project,this thesis aims to realize a set of laser tailor-welded feeding automation system to solve the problem of manual feeding.The PLC control system and the control system of tailor-welded feeding robot are designed,and the feeding strategy is optimized by the method of visual inspection.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the design conditions and actual requirements of the parameters of the original system of the project,the design scheme of the automatic laser tailor welding feeding master control system is proposed.In order to control all devices and equipment to realize the operation of the basic process,it is not only necessary to consider the magnetic separation of the steel plate on the turntable,this thesis separates it by using a strong magnetic spreader.Also consider the problem of address allocation.Due to the large amount of I/O data,each set of suction cups on the end picker needs to be equipped with probes,and a double sheet detector also needs 8 outputs,so a total of9 input and output modules are designed.Finally,through on-site actual operation,the PLC control system can realize the control of multiple modules,real-time monitoring of the running status,and timely feedback of alarm and fault status.(2)Considering the maximum requirement of grasping six steel plates at one time,the end pickup has designed six sets of devices,including vacuum generation valve,vacuum failure valve and vacuum generator,which can detect whether the steel plates are successfully absorbed and ensure that the feeding can be completed.Due to the complex field environment,it is impossible to directly put the steel plate on the table of tailor-welder.The trajectory target point of transporting steel plate needs to be strictly controlled.Therefore,the speed of plate fetching process from the initial position cannot be too fast.Use the search function to obtain the signal detected by the end pickup and stop moving and grasping the steel plate The space range in the transportation process is limited,so four points are designed at the corner and two search movements are designed at the plate placement position to complete accurate positioning.Through on-site continuous debugging,the system can better complete the automatic material taking and discharging production process,which has been put into normal production,can meet the production requirements and improve the automation level of the factory.(3)In the actual process of taking and discharging materials,it is necessary to reduce the beat speed to search for signals for the protection of steel plates.For this reason,this thesis based on visual detection method to collect multiple groups of images edge detection analysis,but the background noise interference is more cited several operators comparative analysis,then choose Canny operator and Hough line detection combined to extract image features.In order to complete the coordinate transformation,the calibration coefficient is determined by the distance between pixels and objects,and then the average distance between the corrected steel plates is used as a product,and then the pixel coordinates are transformed into the actual distance.Experimental results show that the optimized system can shorten the search distance and improve the time beat efficiency on both sides.
