As one of the core data of basic geographic information,Digital Line Graphic(DLG)has been widely used in various industries,such as earthquake prevention,disaster reduction,national decisions making,and national defense construction.And the data of it directly affects the application of the digital products in various departments.Therefore,it is very necessary for DLG data to provide a quality inspection platform that is more efficient,more accurate,and more stable.The methods of current DLG data quality inspection have many shortcomings,such as:low inspection efficiency,low accuracy of inspection results,and many mistakes,etc.The corresponding quality inspection software also has problems,such as:low precision,low degree of automation,and relatively low versatility degree.And the software sometimes can't change with the changed data organization structure and rules.To solve these problems,this paper took 1:500 DLG data as the main research object,used Arc Engine as the development platform,and used C#language to develop a system that can meet the requirements of quality inspection for production units again.The main research work was as followed:1.This paper described the algorithm used in some key issues involved in the system,such as border inspection,elevation point and contour contradictory checks,pseudo-node checks,and face-face intersection inspection.It focused on the edge inspection of the picture.And the paper,which aimed at these problems,for example,the content of the picture edge detection in the current DLG quality inspection system is not comprehensive,the features of the direction can not be checked,the inspection efficiency is low,and the edge accuracy is low,proposed the seamless neighborhood automatic border inspection method.And this method has improved the efficiency of border inspection,the comprehensiveness of inspection contents and the correctness of inspection results.2.This paper followed the GIS system design principle,the security and unity principle,adopted an object-oriented system design method,made the overall function design and module division of the system.3.This paper was based on the Arc Engine platform,and C#language,and finally the conventional map operation,elevation point and contour contradictory check,pseudo node check,face-face intersection inspection,frame edge check,suspension point check,mathematics basis inspection,and line self check were realized.According to 1:500 DLG data,experiments were conducted.These experiments verified the validity of these above inspection methods.At present,the modules in the 1:500 DLG quality inspection systems have been completed.According to the specific requirements of the digital city project,the DLG quality inspection system,which was based on Arc Engine,is applied to the digital Long Shan project.And it can basically meet the inspection requirements of the production department on the DLG data quality.Research has showed that this system has high efficiency,a certain degree of flexibility,and a more comprehensive feature,which provides convenience for future inspection of DLG data quality.
