In the actual production process of enterprises,there is often a phenomenon of product parts reprocessing,which leads to a waste of manpower and material resources,delays the delivery time of products,and affects the normal production arrangement of enterprises.There are many product reprocessing problems in the production of CNC machine tool protective cover in X enterprise.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the quality of sheet metal parts of CNC machine tool protective cover under the condition of fully understanding the industry background and enterprise demand,so as to reduce the load of operators,reduce human errors,improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Through field investigation,it was found that the related problems were mainly caused by human errors.First of all,combined with the previous data report and the observation of the work of the field operators,with the help of HFACS model and quality management tools,the main influencing factors of human error were found.According to the analysis results,the EEG experiment scheme was formulated to detect the EEG signals of the operators,and the subjective data and behavior data of the subjects were collected.Then,the EEG signal was preprocessed and the power spectrum was analyzed.The EEG signal was decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet packet,and the rhythm wave signal of each frequency band is extracted.The characteristics of relative energy ratio of rhythmic waves and sample entropy analysis of EEG signals under different time periods were analyzed.From the subjective and objective perspectives,the rules of brain fatigue in different time periods were discussed.Finally,based on the error-proof technology,the improvement measures were put forward for the production process,schedule system and training system of the protective cover of CNC machine tools.The data and analysis results before and after the improvement were compared to evaluate the improvement effect.During the analysis of experimental data on mental fatigue in production operations targeting protective covers,a pattern of changes in human brain fatigue was discovered.Humans exhibit different levels of characteristic and sample entropy in states of wakefulness and varying degrees of fatigue.After improving the production operations,a significant decrease in characteristic level and improvement in sample entropy level can be observed.The research in this paper not only provides new ideas for the theoretical research content of human error and EEG signal analysis in the field of manufacturing industry,but also improves and supplements the analysis method of judging brain fatigue,and provides reference for other brain fatigue research. |
