As the opposite of the truth,errors have occupied an important position in the history of human understand and transform the word.it is a nature for all the people to expect the correct things. But to find the truth, to avoid or exclude error, it's necessary for people to study the reasons and laws of error. To eliminate the already existed error, the reasons as well as the patterns of the errors have to be identified. Under normal conditions, a faultless system can also naturally transfer into a defective one, owing to the passage of time, changes in natural conditions, or development of science. All these require people to eliminate error continuously.Error-Eliminating Theory adopts advanced mathematics, discrete mathematics, fuzzy mathematics, differential equation, mathematical statistics, system science, system engineering etc to study the error from quantitative aspect; Logistics, formal logic, mathematical logic, fuzzy logic, dialectical logic etc, are also used to study the relationship of error. Therefore, conducting the study for optimization of error system based on Error-Eliminating Theory is a scientific, feasible and innovative approach.With the system error as the research object and the error-avoiding & error-eliminating theory as the breakthrough instrument, based on general system theory and mathematical logic, this paper used the methods of abstract summary, literature research, induction and deduction, concept model and logical reasoning to study the following topics:First of all, this paper introduced the theories related to error-avoiding & error-eliminating, discussed how to eliminate system error through error system domain and error systems elements transformation.Based on the research of system structure, this paper presented the state equation, structure diagram and performance function of general system structure, and analyzed the basic static and dynamic structure of the system error.By observing large numbers of systems in the real world, this paper analyzed their composition structure, and identified the basic system structures constituting various complex structures, such as:series connection structure, parallel connection structure, feedback structure, radiational structure, contractional structure, contain structure and so on. The essence of each basic system structure was identified and the strict mathematical definition of each basic system structure was presented to reflect its essence feature.Five basic types of error system transformation-increasing, replacement, similarity, decomposing and vanishing --were studied systematically, laying a sound foundation for the optimization of the error system.After study the characteristics of general distinguishing rules, this paper classified the distinguishing rules and established an organic system of distinguishing rules in order to distinguish errors of system.Through reduction and optimization of the error system's distinguishing rules, the accuracy of error system's error value can be improved, the errors can be eliminated or avoided and the error system can be optimized.Error function is the main mathematical tools which can describe error quantitatively.This paper discussed the general nature and types of the error function, defined the error function, and classified error function based on the possible range of the error values and the nature of the object in practice, and studied in depth two different types of functions:addition error function and vector-based error function. This paper also analyzed the relationship between error function and distinguishing rules, discussed the establishment of the error function and the AHP-ERROR model, and the calculation of error values. The problem of how to describe errors quantitatively and accurately was thus solved.Through study we know that system errors can be eliminated or avoided by adjusting the elements of error system, the structure of error system, the domain of error system, the rules of error system and/or the function of error system, so as to establish a system without error;Finally, this paper presented in diagram the specific steps of error system optimization. After eliminating system errors, taking one inherent function already included in the no-error system's objective functions as a goal, this paper established a system optimal model to optimize the error system. This helps to improve people's understanding of the error and make up the lack of existing research for error.The illustration of a real example demonstrated that the model is scientific, rational and practical.
