With the continuous development of the electric power industry,the working environment of modern electric power equipment is becoming more and more complex,and therefore new demands are made on the study of the hysteresis and loss characteristics of the soft magnetic materials used in electrical equipment.The study of magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials includes measurement,fitting and loss analysis,which aims to provide theoretical basis to accurately analyze the operation of electrical equipment and optimize the structural design to improve the efficiency and reliability of the equipment.The hysteresis model is the key core of the study of the hysteresis characteristics of soft magnetic materials,and its accuracy and applicability need to be taken into account in the modeling.In addition,since losses are generated during the operation of electrical equipment,it is also very important to accurately analyze and predict the loss components of soft magnetic materials during operation.This paper briefly introduces the development history and research status of the hysteresis model and loss model of soft magnetic materials as well as the various measurement methods and principles of soft magnetic materials.The magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel sheet B27P095,nanocrystalline magnetic ring 1K107 and ferrite magnetic ring are measured by the Tianheng TD-8220 soft magnetic DC test system,and the corresponding limit hysteresis line,first-order,second-order and highorder slew curves are obtained to analyze the differences of magnetic properties of the three soft magnetic materials.To address the problems of insufficient accuracy of the traditional model and the strict limitation of the congruence characteristics,the nonlinear Preisach model is proposed to simulate the hysteresis characteristics of the three soft magnetic materials,and the method of fitting the first-order and second-order slew curves is used to determine the distribution function,which makes the nonlinear Preisach model obtain higher simulation accuracy.By combining the nonlinear Preisach model with the transient model of eddy current loss and residual loss in the loss separation principle,a dynamic Preisach model is established to solve the magnetic properties and loss of soft magnetic materials,and the hysteresis loss and loss distribution solved by the new method are obtained.Comparing the calculation results with the experimental results,it shows that the newly constructed magnetic loss calculation method has higher accuracy and wide applicability,which provides a basis for effectively solving the problem of how to accurately fit the hysteresis characteristics and loss characteristics of soft magnetic materials in the model.
