The electrical steel sheet,as the Ferrimagnetic materials,is widely applied in the fabrication process of all kinds of electric motor and transformer core.The measurement and research of ferrimagnetic materials under the 1D and 2D magnetism characteristic is deeply focused in recently years.In the running state of electrical transformers,local magnetic field in the cores is consisted both of alternating magnetic field and rotating magnetic field,which means it is demanded the corresponding measurable method and the accurate and valid model to describe the quantitative analysis precisely.Sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Grand No.51777073,51577066)and National Key Research and Development Program of China(Grand No.2017YFB0902703).The thesis is measured the one-direction DC magnetism characteristic of Ferrimagnetic materials by the DC hysteresis measuring system.Based on this fact,the data of first-order reversal curves and higher-order reversal curves is successfully got after the system had been improved.The Everett function based on the data of first order reversal curves(FORCs)is used to establish the inverse Preisach model and simulate the concentric hysteresis loops and high order reversal curves(HORCs)through numerical implementation process.The two-dimensional vector hysteretic characteristics are investigated by the vector hysteresis model.Because of the defects of classical vector Preisach model,simulation cannot agree well with measurement,therefore it is necessary to improve the classical Preisach vector model.Considering that the hysteresis characteristic of soft magnetic composite material is influenced by anisotropy,the simulated results by the improved model is coincided with that obtained from the 3D measuring system of magnetism characteristic.It can be seen as the foundation to deeply explore the rotating magnetic and loss characteristics of electric motor and power transformer.
