The Guole Biota(Cambrian,Furongian)in Jingxi county of Guangxi province is a significant window of biological transition from Cambrian to Ordovician, and plays an important role in connecting the past and the future. In this study, the brachiopods fossils of the Guole Biota in Jingxi county of Guangxi province are taken as the main research object,we analyze the preservation of fossil groups in Guole Biota. At the same time,we also focus on the statistics of brachiopods and the proportion of each species of brachiopods in Guole Biota: In general, the number of brachiopods in the Guole Biota is the largest, accounting for 48%of the total number of fossil groups, which is the dominant fossil group. The fossils number of trilobites accounting for 40%,and the species diversity was high. The fossils number of hyoliths accounting for 10%,and the morphology was single. The fossils number of echinoderms accounting for 1.6%,and the species diversity was obvious.Graptolites and palaeoscolecids of Guole Biota are well preserved, but the fossils number of them is less than 1%.Palaeostrophia Jingxiensis is the dominant species of all brachiopods from Guole Biota by accounting for 61%.Lingulella jingxiensis sp.nov.,which accounts for 26%,is the second dominant species of brachiopods.Darvaretoechia costata accounting for 8%,is third abundant species. The number of other species specimens of brachiopods is few. This study provides significant material for comprehensive understanding the dominant groups in Guole Biota and the dominant species of Guole brachiopods. In this study,we firstly describe the newly discovered Lingulella Jingxiensis sp.nov.,Palaeobolus Jingxiensis sp.nov.and Diandongia sp.in detail. It is the first time that three Linguliformea brachiopods have been reported in the world during the Late Cambrian. This study not only expands their geographical distribution, but also provides new materials for the study of their global correlation and characteristic evolution. In addition,we supplement new materials of the known Rhynchonelliformea brachiopods Billingsella guangxiensis,Darvaretoechia costata,Palaeostrophia Jingxiensis and Plectotrophia imparicostata, comprehensively revise and expand the paleontological study of brachiopods in Guole Biota. This study reveals the overall appearance of brachiopods in the Guole Biota and provides an important basis for the subsequent exploration of the transformation from Cambrian Biota to Ordovician Biota.
