Spoof Surface Plasmon Polaritons(SSPPs)are highly confined electromagnetic waves propagating in the subwavelength range.They can control the dispersion characteristics and cut-off frequencies by adjusting the geometric parameters of metal structures.With the development of science and technology,researchers have created many miniaturized devices by using the excellent properties of surface plasmons and used them in the development of many circuits.With the emergence of 5G communication frequency,the research on SSPPS has more important practical significance.And it also has important practical significance to put forward the calculation theory of equivalent circuit of related devices.This paper mainly focuses on this work and application of the following work:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and process of SSPPS,as well as the background of some equivalent circuits related to SSPPS.Then the basic theory of transmission line and related parameters as well as the SSPPs-related propagation mode and dispersion relationship of theoretical knowledge are deduced and analyzed.Secondly,a new single-ended differential microstrip line based on SSPPs is designed in this paper.It has excellent transmission performance between 0.2GHz and 12 GHz,and has the characteristics of reducing coupling and crosstalk.The proposed single-ended differential microstrip line has broad application prospects in circuit systems.Finally,deductive reasoning is made for the calculation theory of equivalent circuit of asymmetric coplanar waveguide and symmetric coplanar waveguide.According to the size of physical structure and material characteristic parameters,the corresponding formulas of equivalent capacitance and inductance are established by conformal transformation method.Furthermore,the equivalent circuit calculation theory of SSPPS waveguide based on coplanar waveguide is proposed.The results of equivalent circuit experiment and electromagnetic simulation experiment are in good agreement,which proves that the proposed equivalent circuit calculation theory is scientific and rigorous.
