In recent years,the rotating laser scanning measurement system based on the principle of spatial angle intersection has been gradually applied in the field of largescale equipment manufacturing because of its expandable distributed network measurement mode,multi-point parallel synchronous automatic measurement and realtime feedback of measurement data.With the upgrading and innovation of large equipment manufacturing mode,The measurement system is facing higher requirements in the adaptability of complex industrial measurement field.The complex industrial measurement field has the characteristics of many interference factors,complex and diverse measurement objects and poor measurement conditions.As a result,the rotating laser scanning measurement system is faced with the problems of active detection,inconvenient work,serious space occlusion and difficult multi station intersection.Combined with the above measurement problems and engineering requirements,taking w MPS as the research object,this paper constructs a scanning detection platform integrating transceiver and transmitter based on passive targets to achieve the passivity of the target to be measured,and studies a single station passive multi-target location method without multi-station intersection measurement:1.The measurement principle of rotating laser scanning measurement system is studied.By analyzing the detection technology of weak optical signal,the detection mode of the existing measurement system is optimized and improved.At the same time,a scanning detection platform suitable for passive targets is constructed,and the scheme design is explained.2.The specific implementation mode of the scanning detection platform is studied.A scanning detection platform integrating transmitter and receiver is constructed based on the pyramid prism.By analyzing the beam characteristics when the scanning light sweeps through the pyramid prism,a single point hyperboloid reflection receiving method is studied to detect the return light signal,For the weak optical signal and zero position signal,the weak optical signal detection circuit based on APD and the pulse width shaping circuit of zero position signal are designed respectively.3.A passive multi-target location method based on single transmitting station is studied,a single station passive multi-target location model is established,and the solution method of iterative initial value is deeply studied.By analyzing the signal delay error,a delay compensation method is designed.Aiming at the aliasing optical signals of multiple passive targets,a aliasing optical signal matching mechanism is constructed.4.The experimental platform is established and the experiment is carried out.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the optical signal matching mechanism and the feasibility and positioning accuracy of the single station passive multi-target positioning method.On this basis,the signal delay error compensation experiment is carried out.
