In the research and development of external cavity laser,improving the stability and spot quality of resonator is always one of the important issues.Because the corner cube prism can return the incident light of any angle in parallel along the original direction,it can be used as the resonator mirror of the laser to realize the laser oscillation without strict and accurate debugging,even if the environment is poor,the laser output can be stable if the influence of vibration,temperature mutation and so on.Based on the principle of optical resonator,the oscillation and output characteristics of corner cube resonator solid-state laser are studied as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the optical characteristics of angular pyramid prism by vector optical theory,the structure and type of solid laser with corner cube prism as resonator mirror are introduced.2.Taking the single angle cone prism resonance cavity as an example,the stability condition of the corner cube prism resonance cavity is analyzed by using the matrix optics theory,and the influence of the angle error on the resonance cavity stability of the angle prism is quantitatively discussed.The anti-demodulation characteristics of single-corner cube prism resonator and bi-angled cone prism resonator are analyzed and simulated respectively.3.Taking the corner cube prism-plane mirror resonator as an example,considering the corner cube mirror with dihedral angle error,the corner cube is equivalent to a grating optical pupil function.The corner cube cavity theory model is established by vector analysis,and the influence of corner cube prism width,angle error and cavity length on the cavity eigenmode is quantitatively discussed.4.The single corner cube resonator solid statelaser and the double corner cube resonator solid-state laser are built,and the effect of angle detuning and translational misalignment of angle cone prism on laser output is studied.The theoretical and experimental results show that the corner cube resonator solid-state laser has good anti-demodulation stability,at the same time,it has the advantages of adjustable cavity length and large off-axis region.Therefore,the laser with corner cube mirror as resonant mirror has its unique advantages in non-laboratory environment.The research results have important reference value for broadening the application scene of laser.
