| With the promotion of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",our country is gradually transforming from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.Our country’s “introduction,absorption and re-innovation” in the rail transit industry has already leapt to a leading position in the world.As the core component of the rail vehicle,the bogie bears the important task of ensuring the performance,safety and reliability of the rail vehicle.As the most influential part of the bogie manufacturing process,assembly’s quality and reliability are of decisive significance to the final performance of the bogie.In this context,this article combines reliability theory and technology to conduct reliability research on the bogie assembly process.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The reliability modeling of bogie assembly process is carried out.The purpose and requirements of reliability modeling are clarified.The structure and assembly process of bogie are analyzed.The stochastic Petri net theory and Markov chain are introduced.The method of reliability modeling of assembly process using stochastic Petri net is discussed.The specific modeling analysis steps are given.The reliability Petri net model of bogie assembly is established,and the relative reliability level of assembly process is calculated quantitatively.(2)Reliability analysis of bogie assembly process.The basic principle and method of PFMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)are introduced,and the shortcomings of the traditional PFMEA method are analyzed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into the PFMEA of the assembly process.The weights of severity,frequency and detection are determined by analytic hierarchy process.The FPFMEA(Fuzzy Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)method is used to analyze the bogie assembly process,and the accurate risk priority of the process failure mode is obtained.(3)The reliability allocation technology of bogie assembly process is studied.The concept of reliability allocation in the assembly process is proposed,and the reliability allocation model suitable for the assembly process is established.The genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the model.Based on the study of the principle and solution method of genetic algorithm,the algorithm is improved,and the improved genetic algorithm suitable for the reliability allocation of bogie assembly process is proposed.The proposed method is used to complete the allocation of reliability indexes of each process in the bogie assembly process.(4)The reliability control method of bogie assembly process is proposed.The shortcomings of traditional assembly process schemes in reliability assurance are analyzed.The concept of reliability data driven assembly process scheme is proposed,and the specific framework is given.Based on the analysis of the causes of process failure from 5M1 E,the reliability control measures of assembly process are given.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical guidance and application significance for manufacturing enterprises. |
