Optimization Of Land Spatial Pattern Based On The Promotion Of Resource Value

The establishment of land spatial optimization mechanism based on the value pattern of natural resources is the key link and difficult problem to realize the modernization of China’s spatial governance system and governance capacity.Taking Yixing City of Jiangsu Province as an example,this study uses invest model,combined with the theoretical framework of ecosystem services,to evaluate the physical quantity of natural resources.Through the value transformation method of natural resources,it uses direct market method,indirect market method and achievement reference method to evaluate the value quantity of natural resources,and analyzes the spatial pattern of the value quantity of natural resources.Based on the value of natural resources,this paper constructs the theory and method of land spatial pattern structure optimization and layout optimization,systematically analyzes the internal mechanism of "physical quantity accounting value quantity transformation pattern optimization",and explores the establishment of the coupling mechanism of "pattern process".In order to provide ideas for the land space planning,regional ecological compensation,ecological restoration and other aspects of research.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Both the basic framework and the accounting method of natural resource value accounting can draw lessons from the ecological value theory,and can expand the Accounting Indicators on the basis of the traditional natural resource value accounting;(2)The total value of natural resources in Yixing City is 23.79 billion yuan,Among the service types,the value of water conservation was the highest,reaching 8.677 billion yuan;The value of nature based tourism and recreation came second,reaching 7.889 billion yuan Because of its good ecological background and complete landscape structure,it not only attracts citizens and tourists,but also enlivens the surrounding economic production activities.It is a typical "natural human" coupling ecological value product realization mode,which has a direct role in promoting the transformation of resource advantages into economic advantages.(3)Based on the scenario of maximizing the value of natural resources,the construction land layout direction of Yixing City in 2030 is mainly in the northeast of the central city,the South and southwest of Dingshu Dapu key towns,and the overall land space pattern of "Three areas,two belts and multi nodes" should be formed.
