In 3D reconstruction,the structured light phase shift method is one of the best methods for 3D measurement in industrial automation production due to its advantages of good stability and high accuracy.In recent years,3D reconstruction technology has demonstrated a wide range of application potential in the fields of industry,architecture,medicine,forestry,agriculture and animal husbandry,and the emergence of highquality digital point clouds has provided new ideas and channels for researchers to understand objects and environments.However,the current implementation of structured light 3D reconstruction system mostly adopts software-controlled CPU method,which is not strong in execution efficiency,portability and portability.Therefore,this paper researches and designs a soft and hard cooperative structured light 3D reconstruction system,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on technologies related to structured light 3D reconstruction.The structured light 3D reconstruction system composition,the extraction of linear and nonlinear camera internal and external parameters in camera calibration,and the structured light coding and decoding methods are analyzed.Based on the principle of stripe contour measurement,the method of finding the absolute phase value and matching the 3D coordinates in the system is derived,and the key issues to be noted in the phase expansion are illustrated from the sinusoidal structured light 1D and 2D phase expansion.(2)In order to improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction,the method of scan line combined with mass map is proposed to extract the absolute phase value in four-step phase shift and complete the phase expansion of wrapped phase raster map.The simulation and verification of the 3D reconstruction algorithm are completed in PC.The system adopts an improved new phase measurement method,realizes fast camera calibration through Matlab toolbox,and optimizes the calibration results based on the aberration correction principle.(3)A structured light 3D reconstruction system based on Zynq-7000 platform is designed.The whole process from raster image acquisition to object surface contour recovery is realized by using soft and hard co-processing method to improve the system measurement speed and portability.The raster image acquisition,pre-processing,transmission and display design are done by field-programmable gate array method;the3D coordinate calculation of the object to be measured,peripheral driver and humanmachine interface design are done by ARM-driven Linux system method.The simulation of phase unfolding by PC for the scan line combined with mass map approach shows that the accuracy of absolute phase value extraction is effectively improved.Three groups of experimental objects are reconstructed in the system implemented in a soft and hard cooperative way.The results show that the system has a high measurement accuracy,and the measurement speed has obtained a large improvement compared to the software.It shows that combining structured light 3D reconstruction technology with Zynq structure can achieve more efficient,convenient and real-time 3D reconstruction.It has important practical application value and promotion significance.
