Three-dimensional reconstruction is a technology that restores the three-dimensional model of the measured object through two-dimensional photos using techniques such as photography or projection.Because 3D reconstructed object models can provide more information than 2D photos,3D reconstruction is widely used in cultural relic modeling,game modeling,architectural design and medical equipment.This thesis focuses on the key technology research in the process of structured light 3D reconstruction: how to quickly obtain high-precision point cloud data from a single perspective and how to stitch point cloud data from different perspectives into a complete 3D model of the object to be measured.In this thesis,a novel structured light phase shift algorithm is proposed to obtain high-precision point cloud data.The algorithm only needs to project four encoded fringe grating patterns to obtain the 3D point cloud information of the measured object.The first two fringes The pattern is generated by sine function encoding,the third fringe pattern is a stepped fringe periodic pattern,and the fourth pattern is a mean fringe;such an encoding combination can take into account the influence of scanning speed and motion.The experimental test shows that the reconstruction accuracy of the new structured light codec algorithm can reach 0.2mm;Then this thesis proposes a multi-view point cloud registration algorithm based on structured light.The algorithm takes advantage of the feature that the fourth coding pattern projected in the new structured light coding algorithm is an average pattern.The photo truly reflects the texture feature information on the surface of the measured object.The key information of point cloud registration between adjacent views can achieve more accurate point cloud registration effect,and the number of FPFH 3D features constructed is reduced,which makes the algorithm speed of registration using FPFH 3D features and ICP precise registration faster..Finally,this thesis develops a set of digital 3D scanning system of dental jaw by using structured light 3D reconstruction technology.The system is designed to help dentists use digital equipment to perform three-dimensional modeling of patients' teeth,reducing the pain caused by traditional impression-taking methods.
