Automatic driving has become a hot spot in the global automotive industry,and also an important breakthrough for countries to enter the "auto power".In the context of the COVID-19,the automatic driving market has been highly recognized,giving full play to the important role of contactless prevention and control.At the same time,the development of related emerging industries has brought all-round and multi-level support to the field of automatic driving,and the autonomous vehicle industry has ushered in good development opportunities.Due to the high complexity and uncertainty of the research and development of autonomous driving technology,enterprise alliances have become a strategic choice for achieving technological innovation and breakthroughs.Therefore,based on the news data of alliance relationships among global autonomous driving enterprises from 2009 to 2021,this article divides the development of the global autonomous driving enterprise alliance into two stages: the embryonic stage and the growth stage,and constructs a global autonomous driving enterprise alliance network based on this.Using social network analysis methods and a quadratic assignment program model,the characteristics of the network structure of the global autonomous driving enterprise alliance were comprehensively calculated,and the positions and roles of each enterprise in the alliance network were depicted.Empirical testing was conducted to explore the influencing factors and formation mechanisms of the network structure of the global autonomous driving enterprise alliance.The research results found that:(1)Since 2009,the alliance between global autonomous driving enterprises has shown a gradual upward trend,entering a period of rapid growth after2016,showing a state of sparse to dense,but overall it is still relatively loose,indicating that the alliance relationship between enterprises is not standardized and complete enough.(2)This article divides the autonomous driving enterprise alliance network into two stages,with the embryonic period from 2009 to 2016 and the growth period from 2017 to 2021.In the embryonic period(2009-2016),traditional car companies such as General Motors were the hubs of the autonomous driving enterprise alliance network,occupying a dominant position in the network,and the network presented a core edge structure;During the growth period(2017-2021),emerging technology companies such as Google actively joined the alliance network and occupied a core position.(3)In terms of influencing factors of alliance network,geographical proximity,technology proximity,Technological convergence,and language consistency are the main driving forces of the global autonomous driving enterprise alliance,which positively affects the evolution of alliance network relationships among enterprises;Organizational proximity and innovation scale have no impact on the global autonomous driving enterprise alliance;The impact of enterprise size on the global autonomous driving enterprise alliance has become insignificant over time.Finally,based on relevant empirical testing results,policy recommendations are proposed:firstly,enterprises in the global autonomous driving field should actively choose to establish alliance relationships with enterprises with core network positions,in order to optimize the alliance network structure;Secondly,the government should focus on supporting core enterprises,paying attention to their development,and actively encouraging core enterprises to form alliances with other enterprises,achieve resource sharing,and improve the innovation output level of autonomous driving enterprises;Again,autonomous driving enterprises should make rational use of the positive effect of multidimensional proximity,strengthen the alliance between different entities,promote the Technological convergence of different types of enterprises,and avoid the risk of uncertainty in the process of enterprise alliance;Finally,the government enhances the cohesion of enterprises,promotes the development of enterprise alliances,and provides strong support for enterprise alliances by formulating reasonable industrial policies,regulations,and systems,as well as continuously cultivating and introducing talents. |
