The study of existing difficulties in learning is an important factor to consider in order to improve the quality of education and teaching. These difficulties are particularly rampant in ethnic minority groups. The quality of basic education in minorities’ areas is relatively low in middle school and high school which gives rise to more difficulties when pursuing higher education. The social network analysis method is based on excellent points and has been applied in various fields of research such as group knowledge sharing, study in the correlation between learning and networking platforms, study research etc. The groups researching learning difficulties mainly concentrate on the exploration of the improvement of learning strategies, teaching methods and the analysis of the psychological characteristics etc. This research adopts the questionnaire form to collect data and combines this with the social network analysis method for the whole network density, centrality and individual attributes related to the following conclusions:1. In learning networks with excellent academic performance the students frequently exchange information. Information flow plays the role of a bridge connecting the students. On the contrary, in groups with learning difficulties networking is sparse and contact with others in the network is minimal thus no flow of information.2. Students in the bridge intermediary position in a group may not have the best resources in the network but the flow of information within the network and communication between nodes plays an important role and their presence can keep the learning network in an active state. They keep the rest of the students enthusiastic and makes them actively participate in learning activities which is an important factor in improving the overall quality of teaching.3. In a learning network with more members in the bridge intermediary position more people are able to accelerate the flow of information in the group and this allows more students to receive information from everyone within the network. Day to day teaching, therefore should be more rich and colourful with various forms of teaching activities to increase the number of bridges in the network.4. The implementation of intervention measures to improve the learning environment of groups with learning difficulties. Student groups me groups of teachers should interact and be mixed with students with learning difficulties in everyday teaching processes. The student with learning difficulties should be let go be actively involved in knowledge exchange and sharing thereby increasing knowledge and communication in the network. |
