| In recent years, international disputes have never ceased, and diplomatic games and confrontations are everywhere in the intricate global political situation.Among them, boundary delimitation disputes,as one of the root causes of wars and conflicts, have caused great harm to the international community and regional security, and have become a special concern for policy makers and security experts. Therefore,it is important to study the problem of boundary delimitation disputes between states, analyze the mechanism of the influence of relevant factors on the choice of strategy in the game process, and construct a game model for the evolution of strategic decision making,in order to understand the evolutionary law of international dispute decision making and improve the international dispute decision making system. In this dissertation, the problems involved in interstate boundary delimitation disputes are modeled and the game strategies are quantified from the perspective of evolutionary games. The rules of the game of international disputes are studied in depth, including the law of the role of relevant factors on state decisions under complex structural conditions. The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Using evolutionary game theory,an evolutionary game model for interstate boundary delimitation disputes is established. The behavioral rules of states in the game process of boundary delimitation disputes are logically analyzed, the corresponding mathematical model is established and theoretical and typical mathematical tests are conducted. After the mathematical model is tested, the evolutionary game model of interstate boundary delimitation disputes is constructed by adding national decision dimensions and various influencing factors. The dynamic process of the influence of state attributes and strategic gains and losses on state decision making is analyzed, and the evolutionary paths and results of state behavioral strategies under different situations are explored by combining numerical analysis.(2)The influence of public opinion factors within the country on national decision making is analyzed and a model of strategic decision evolution under the role of public opinion is established.Based on the evolution process and characteristics of public opinion, the influence functions of government guidance, media communication and inter-individual interaction on the evolution of individual positions are constructed, and the evolution model of public opinion is established. The effect of public opinion on national decision making is analyzed and a model of evolution of relevant strategic decisions is established.By setting different values for the factors affecting the change of public opinion and conducting simulation experiments, the results of macro performance of public opinion and the evolution process of national decision making under the effect of public opinion are obtained. The above study is intended to provide a basis for decision making and realistic solution ideas for the improvement of the international dispute system and the choice of national strategies,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of the international dispute game. |
