Mineral resources as the main pillar industry of our national economy, along with the exchange of material and energy in the development process, has a long-term and complex influence on ecological geological environment directly or indirectly.Taking a mine in Anhui province as an example, this paper analyzes the geological environment problems existing in the study area, including geological disasters, ecological environment destruction and resource damage, based on the field investigation.According to the existing geological environment problems, the multi-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the impact degree of geological environment.According to the evaluation results, the geological environment monitoring scheme is designed targeted, and three prevention and restoration schemes are proposed. The AOWEA operator model is established to analyze the three alternative prevention and control schemes. The geological environment control scheme suitable for the mine is optimized, and relevant control measures are put forward for the reference and application of decision-makers.The main achievements are as follows:(1)Through field investigation,it is concluded that geological environment problems in the study area are mainly geological disasters, including ecological environment destruction and resource damage.Geological hazards include collapses,landslides,fissures(cave-ins),water gushing in mines and mine earthquakes.Among them, collapse, landslide and ground cracks are more serious, collapse occurred in 7 places,2 places have safety risks.Landslides occurred in 4places,1 place has hidden danger, belongs to the serious level.1 ground crack. The ecological environment damage was mainly caused by underground aquifers, while the resource damage was mainly caused by land compression and vegetation destruction, covering an area of1.6Km2.The above damage has affected the balance of ecological environment in the mining area to some extent and intensified the contradiction between mining producers and surrounding residents.(2)A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established according to the influence degree of geological environment, disaster grade and direct economic loss in the study area, and appropriate index factors were selected for calculation.A judgment matrix was constructed according to the evaluation results, and the influence degree of the eigenvalues of unit factors on the geological environment was evaluated.A fuzzy comprehensive zoning evaluation map was established for evaluation.(3)According to the evaluation results of the impact degree of geological environment in the study area,a monitoring scheme was designed to monitor the surface deformation, aquifer, mine earthquake, soil and landform landscape and other key areas, and the corresponding prevention and restoration scheme was proposed.(4)According to the above evaluation results, three control schemes are proposed, and the AOWEA operator model is established to optimize the three control schemes. The geological environment control schemes suitable for the mine are optimized from the aspects of the investment budget and environmental coordination of mining producers, and the relevant control measures are proposed for the reference and use of decision-makers.
