Abstract/Summary:
Coal is known as the pillar of China’s energy development,and plays a vital role in our national economic development.Thanks to the abundant reserves,unique geographical location,excellent coal types and convenient mining,the coal resource in Shanxi Province has been developed and utilized on a large scale.However,due to the longterm high-intensity mining of coal resources,the geological environment of the mine has been increasingly damaged.Not only has the historical debts remained unresolved,but the mined-out area of the coal mine is still rapidly expanding,which seriously affects the living quality of the people in the mining area.Besides,social conflicts and instability factors appear with increasing trends.So,it is imminent for coal mining subsidence areas to carry out comprehensive management.This article takes Liuwan Coal Mine in Xiaoyi,Shanxi Province as an example.In the early stage,the author collects and analyzes relevant data of Liuwan Coal Mine and the status of domestic and foreign about mine geological environment assessment and restoration management.In the later stage,the author conducts a field survey of the mine geological environment to find out it’s basic features such as goaf,geological hazards,aquifer damage,topography and landscape damage,and land resource damage.In this article,the author comprehensively sorts out the distribution,types,and extent of existing mine geological and environmental problems,scientifically selects evaluation factors,performs geological hazard risk assessment,aquifer damage assessment,landform and landscape damage assessment,land resource occupation and damage assessment.And then,according to the result of comprehensive evaluation about mine geological environment,the mines are divided into three types: serious,severe and light.Combined with the current survey data and mining plan of Liuwan Coal Mine,the author predicts and analyzes the development trend of its mine geological environment.At last,a reasonable and feasible restoration and treatment plan is formulated to prevent the collapse,landslide,ground collapse,ground fissures,landform and landscape damage,road damage and other issues,containing corresponding treatment plans and monitoring systems,which provides new ideas for mine geological environment management and promotes the development of mine geological environment management.
