The important blueberry production base in Jilin Province,Jingyu County has unique advantages.Improving the blueberry growing environment is the key factor to promote the development of the blueberry industry in Jilin Province. Before the study, soil p H value, nutrients and organic matter were measured by soil sampling analysis in Jingyu County.According to the soil properties in this area, grass charcoal, sulfur and acidified rice husk were used as the main improvements, and four improvement methods were set with different ratios.Blueberry varieties of semi-high cluster"Beilu"were used as the test plants. The effects of different improvement methods on soil physical and chemical properties, rhizosphere soil microbial flora composition, and growth and development of blueberry were studied in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the improvement of blueberry planting soil and promote the development of blueberry industry. The results showed that:(1)The p H value of soil suitable for planting blueberries in Jingyu area only accounted for22.5%of the total soil, and the organic matter suitable for planting blueberries accounted for41.25%of the total soil, and the soil available nutrients changed greatly. Therefore, soil improvement in Jingyu area was more suitable for the growth of blueberries.(2)Through the practice of different soil improvement methods, the p H value of each treatment has decreased, which meets the requirements for the acidity and alkalinity of blueberry growth.Among them,T3 treatment has the best effect with a p H value of 4.38,and the organic matter content of each treatment has increased.T3 treatment has a 30.53%increase in organic matter compared to T4 treatment, and there are certain differences between different depths, especially in the range of 15cm of blueberry root system, which is fully suitable for the characteristics of blueberry shallow root growth(3)Illumina sequencing technology combined with bioinformatics was used to compare and analyze microbial community diversity under different soil improvement methods. In soil samples treated with T3,Chao1 richness index and Shannon diversity index of fungal and bacterial communities were higher than those treated with T2 and T1.At the class level, compared with T1treatment,the relative abundance of Alpha-proteobacteria in other treatments had increased to different degrees. The relative abundance of Dothideomycetes and Pezizomycetes in soil samples treated by T3 was higher than that in other treatments.(4)Different improvement methods can improve the leaf width, leaf area, water content, fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll and other indicators of blueberry leaves. The leaf area under T3 treatment is 18.17cm2,and other indicators are also at a relatively high level.
