In order to deal with the increasingly severe environmental problems,the development of new energy vehicles has been strongly advocated.The rapid development of new energy vehicles has led to the development of batteries.As the power source of new energy vehicles,the battery performance is not only related to the driving range of the car,but also related to the safety of the car.In other words,the batteries of new energy vehicles determine the future development of new energy vehicles.There are many factors that affect battery performance,such as price,battery energy density and so on.Therefore,selecting the best new energy vehicle battery supplier according to the existing decision information is regarded as a multi-criteria decision making problem.However,in real life,faced with complex decision-making environment and complex decision-making information,people’s choices are full of uncertainty.In order to describe the uncertainty and hesitancy of decision making,many fuzzy sets,such as intuitionistic fuzzy sets and hesitant fuzzy sets,have been proposed successively.In 2012,Deng proposed D numbers based on evidence theory,which has a good expression ability for uncertainty and incompleteness in decision making.Based on D numbers,this paper uses D numbers for evaluation to show the uncertainty of experts in decision-making,introduces multiple multi-criteria decision-making methods into D numbers environment,and provides three new models for the selection of battery suppliers for new energy vehicles.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Combining BWM and EDAS method on the basis of D numbers.First,the D-BWM model is applied to determine the subjective weight of a given criteria.Then,the D-EDAS model is constructed to sort the alternatives,and the rationality of the model is illustrated by a case of the choice of new energy vehicle battery.Finally,the robustness of the model is verified by changing the weight of criteria and its effectiveness is verified by comparing with other models.(2)Combining entropy method and MARCOS method on the basis of D numbers.Firstly,the D-entropy method is proposed to calculate the objective weight of the criteria according to the information of the initial decision matrix.Secondly,the MARCOS method is extended to the D numbers environment to build the D-entropy-MARCOS model,which is also applied to the selection of new energy vehicle battery suppliers.Finally,the sensitivity analysis is made and compared with the results of Chapter one.(3)Construct D-BWM-entropy weight-CODAS model.Firstly,the combination weighting method based on game theory is used to synthesize the weight of subjective and objective criteria,so that the subjective tendency of experts and objective information of data can be considered at the same time.Secondly,the D-CODAS model is constructed to sort the alternatives,which is also applied to the selection of battery suppliers for new energy vehicles.Finally,by comparing with other combination weighting methods and changing value of the threshold parameter,the sensitivity analysis was carried out to verify the rationality of the model.(4)The calculation results of the three new models proposed in this paper are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each model and the applicable scenarios are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the application of the model in the future.
