Promoting the development of new energy vehicle industry in line with the requirements of sustainable development is of great significance to improving the energy structure,protecting the ecological environment and promoting the upgrading of the automobile industry.In recent years,under the role of policy promotion,technology research and development and market promotion,the development prospect of new energy vehicle industry is very broad.However,the policies of the new energy vehicle industry have also brought many problems,such as "subsidy fraud",the lack of core technologies,and the great financial pressure of the government.Therefore,the government issued a subsidy decline plan in 2016.Due to the excessive decline intensity,the sales growth rate of new energy vehicles declined significantly,which was not conducive to the further promotion of new energy vehicles.Therefore,the subsidy decline plan is also under constant adjustment.According to the newly released document,2022 will be the last year of the new energy vehicle subsidy policy.Based on the above background,this thesis summarizes the national new energy vehicles sales monthly data.The DID method is used to analysis the government subsidies and subsidy decline effect of new energy vehicles sales,and the ABM method is used to simulate subsidiy decline after the trend of the development of new energy vehicle market.Through the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and research of new energy vehicle industry policy in our country,policy suggestions are put forward for the further development of new energy vehicles.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The implementation of subsidy decline policy has a negative effect on the promotion of new energy vehicles,and the impact of subsidy decline on pure electric vehicles is more obvious;(2)The growth rate of new energy vehicles is fast in the initial stage of simulation,and when the technology progress rate tends to be stable,the growth trend also tends to be stable;(3)Government subsidy is an important factor affecting the promotion of new energy vehicles,but it is not a necessary factor.Based on the above conclusions,the thesis puts forward some policy suggestions:(1)It is suggested to implement technology promotion policies.The government can shift subsidies from the consumption end to the production and research links,and help the industrial technology upgrading of new energy vehicle enterprises;(2)It is suggested to implement non-subsidy policies to further encourage manufacturers in the new energy vehicle industry to compete with each other,so as to form a good industry ecology;(3)It is suggested to strengthen infrastructure construction to ensure convenient charging and increase consumer satisfaction;(4)It is suggested to strengthen the supervision of policy implementation to ensure the implementation effect of new energy vehicle industry policies.
