In this thesis,we studied the classification of the Terriera stored in the forest fungi of Anhui Agricultural University. At the same time, single and multi-gene phylogenetic trees were constructed to study the phylogeny of Terriera and its related groups.Based on morphological characteristics and combined with molecular phylogenetic research methods,a total of fifteen members of Terriera were sorted out and identified, including T.aequabilis,T.camelliae,T.huangshanensis,T.coacervata,T.simplex,T.transversa,T.aequabilis,T.intraepidermalis,T.angular,T.fici,and six new species: T.parasitica,T.fodingshanensis,T.gregarium,T.paracoacervata,T.iliciicola,T.songguanensis.The description of the morphological characteristics, the line drawing of the internal morphological and anatomical structure, and the external and internal microscopic pictures of the new species were provided and discussed. The search table for the species was compiled, and the genus characteristics of Terriera were revised.ITS r DNA,n LSU r DNA,and mt SSU r DNA of some species of Terriera were amplified and determined to obtain the target sequences.Combined with the partial sequences downloaded from Gen Bank, using Neofabrea malicorticis and Bisporella citrine as outgroups. The phylogenetic tree of ITS r DNA,n LSU r DNA and ITS-n LSU,ITS-n LSU-mt SSU were constructed, and the combination of external and internal anatomical characteristics of the strains further confirmed the rationality of the establishment of six new species of Terriera. In addition, the following results were obtained through the analysis of four phylogenetic trees: 1.Terriera is an origin genus, and Eriksson is correct in dividing it from Lophodermium.2.In Terriera, the location of growth may be an important indicator for the definition of species. The genetic relationships within Terriera in leaves and branches are close.3.The phylogenetic relationship of Lophodermium is closely related to the host.Lophodermium in coniferous trees and broad-leaved trees are two distantly related groups. This study was beneficial to enrich the species resources of Terriera in China, and provided a theoretical basis for the classification and phylogenetic study of the genus Rhytismataceae. At the same time, the pathogenicity of the fungus was investigated, which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the scientific control of plant diseases.
