Cycloid reducers are widely used in industrial robots,machine tools,medical devices,satellite receiving systems and other precision equipment because of their compact structure,high load-bearing capacity and good transmission performance.After years of research by domestic scholars,the comprehensive performance of domestic cycloid reducer has been greatly improved,but its life and reliability are somewhat lacking,and there are relatively few relevant researchers.The planetary drive and the cycloid drive are the two major drive systems of the cycloid reducer,which play a decisive role in the life and reliability of the cycloid reducer.Therefore,the fatigue life and reliability analysis research for the planetary drive system and the cycloid drive system of the cycloid reducer is of great significance to promote the development of the cycloid reducer.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the transmission principle and structural characteristics of the cycloid reducer are introduced,and the parametric model of each part of the cycloid reducer is established by using the parametric modeling function of the 3D software Creo,and the assembly model is completed according to its transmission principle.Secondly,in order to verify the accuracy of the three-dimensional model of the cycloid reducer and to obtain the load spectrum of the actual working condition,the key parts of the cycloid reducer are flexibly processed by ANSYS and the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model of the reducer is established by Adams.Simulation is carried out with the actual working conditions of the reducer drive and load,and the angular velocity curve and mechanical property curve of each key part of the reducer are obtained to provide the load spectrum for the subsequent fatigue life analysis.Based on the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,the transient dynamics simulation of the cycloid reducer is carried out to obtain the maximum stress value of the two-stage drive system and the danger nodes of each key component,and the dynamics analysis is verified by simulation using theoretical calculation.Again,based on the linear damage accumulation theory,ANSYS n Code Designlife fatigue life simulation software was used to predict the fatigue life of the two-stage gear train of the cycloid reducer and to analyze its reliability based on the fatigue life data.Finally,the performance degradation data of the cycloid gearbox under accelerated stress are obtained using accelerated degradation experiments,and the life of the cycloid gearbox under actual operating conditions is evaluated based on the exponential degradation model,and then the simulation data are verified.
