| Seawater hydraulic transmission has a greater application prospect in the field of ocean engineering than the field of oil pressure.The seawater hydraulic system has the highest probability of failure in the deep-sea mechanical equipment,and in the hydraulic system,the failure of the sea pump,as a power component,accounts for most of the faults.This paper uses a specific type of quantitative swash plate seawater piston pump as the research object and conducts a study on the fault characteristics of sea pumps using virtual prototype modeling,which provides new ideas and samples for sea fault diagnosis research.First of all,to a certain type of sea water pump as the research object,combined with its working principle and assembly relationship finished the 2D graphics modeling and 3D model of surveying and mapping,the sea water pump medium parameters and pressure compensation are analyzed in theory,the piston vice has carried on the dynamics and kinematics analysis and calculation,analysis and calculation for the flow characteristic of the pump and the theory of its output flow rate from pulse frequency.Secondly,based on the multi-body dynamics model of the sea pump based on ADAMS,on the basis of the pump dynamics and motion analysis,the constraint motion pair between the components is set and the appropriate drive is added to model the constraint table of the sea pump dynamics.To ensure the model’s accuracy,the kinematics parameters of the piston at various speeds are analyzed and studied,and then compared to the theoretical analysis and calculation.Thirdly,the hydraulic model of the sea pump is created using AMESim based on the fluid properties and structural features of the pump.At the same time,the hydraulic model is used to analyze the dynamic performance of the pump under different sea depths,rotating speeds and load pressures,and by combining with the aforementioned hypothesis,the accuracy of the hydraulic model is confirmed..Then,according to the working vibration transmission path of the sea pump,the flexible parts such as the upper cover,shell,cylinder block,spindle and piston body were determined,and the mesh and rigid and flexible area were divided in ANSYS APDL,so as to build the flexible body model of the parts.At the same time,the model was used to analyze the stress of the piston,and the distribution of the stress cloud diagram was obtained at various rotating speeds,and the location of frequent piston faults was analyzed from the perspective of stress concentration.Finally,based on the coupled sea water pump fault characteristics analysis of hydraulic model,the piston vice wear,fault is given the key influence parameters,set to radial clearance piston pair of person wear fault injection method,and use the sea water pump commonly used material for fault injection scale reciprocating friction experiment was carried out.In addition to the experimental results,four types of piston pair radial clearance(0.005 mm,0.01 mm,0.1mm,and 0.2mm)were injected into the sea pump to simulate piston pair wear faults of varying degrees and positions.The wear failure of the piston pair at different positions is corresponding to the change law of its characteristic signal and its frequency spectrum distribution law when the characteristic signals such as pressure flow vibration of the pump are compared. |
